A lot of trust issues come from people not being reliable. They say one thing and its not true they say one thing and do another their word becomes untrustworthy. Ill call you later but never call. I love you but show no type of love. When you need them they are never there but expect you to always be there for them. They hold standards for u but dont have no standards on how they treat you. How can you rely on someone like that? When you can rely on someone you know they will do what they said and not purposely make simple promise rhey cant keep. If ur not gonna call dont say u will. If your not gonna be there dont if u dont love me do then dont pretend you do.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-11
9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
Sometimes God will put a couple in a place in their lives so they can learn to rely on each other they cannot get out of this situation unless they learn how to work together as a team. Depending on one another. This is part of the cleaving process. The part where they learn to be a unity because they cant do it alone they need each other!!They need each other as support, as encouragement, to help, they need each other for day to day task, they need each other as a friend. Relying on each other is a two way road! It takes two people making the effort to be there for each other!

To be able to rely on one another you must learn to trust one another! If you are living in fear of each other then how can you accomplish anything. You will be to busy walking around wondering how someone is going to hurt you rather than help you . You must learn to trust that the other person is here to be a help to you.!!! That they have your best interest at heart yet if you live in fear than you will constantly be guarded!! Never really learning to rely on one another
See when God created Eve for Adam he made her to be a help to him what if Adam decided she will not be a help to me i dont trust this. And decided to live independently ? See God has our best interest at heart he will give us people in our life who are here to help us we must learn not to fear them but to trust them!
Genesis2:18 And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Ruth2:2
2 And Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her, Go, my daughter.
Ruth 3:1Then Naomi her mother in law said unto her, My daughter, shall I not seek rest for thee, that it may be well with thee?
Ruth needed Naomi just as Naomi needed Ruth! They learned how to rely on each other in order to survive. THey did it and the did it well! When Ruth need Naomi Naomi was there. When Naomi need Ruth Ruth was there! It was a two way stree. Amos 3:3 How can two walk together if they cant agree? Well there was no arguing here they agreed that the needed each other so they used each other to work as a team and rely on each other!
