Forgiveness to Relationship!

He Forgives You!!

for·give

stop feeling angry or resentful toward (someone) for an offense, flaw, or mistake.

Luke 23:34

And Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And they cast lots to divide his garments.

Man its crazy when you hurt someone you love. Sometimes you don't even realize how bad your hurting them. Yet they forgive you! Sometimes it takes alot in a person to forgive you after the pain you have caused them. Yet they still forgive you. They forgive you not because your worthy of forgiveness yet they forgive you because of the love they have for you is greater than the pain that you caused. Look at Christ his love for the world was greater than the pain of death and even death its self for him to forgive in the middle of being on the cross that is great love to have for someone. Yet he forgives You!

Undeserving Love

Hosea 3:1-3

3 Then said the Lord unto me, Go yet, love a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress, according to the love of the Lord toward the children of Israel, who look to other gods, and love flagons of wine.2 So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver, and for an homer of barley, and an half homer of barley:3 And I said unto her, Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be for another man: so will I also be for thee.

Grace: forgiveness, repentance, regeneration, and salvation, mean something as broad as describing the whole of God's activity toward man ,the unmerited favor of God toward man.

Gomer did not deserve Hosea love! After everything she did! Yet still Hosea still loved her. It shows the love that God has for us how we can go out in the world do things that are hurting him as well as hurting ourselves. Yet through it all he still loves us. Its a love that we don't deserve because we don't deserve it. lets just be honest look at our actions yet he offers us his love. Sometimes I wonder what I did to deserve you. Yet it was nothing you did to deserve his love. It was grace! It was undeserving. Yet It was love willingly offered to you!!

No It's Not Fair

fair
in accordance with the rules or standards; legitimate.

Luke 15:25-32 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.31 And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

After the prodigal returned home the prodigals father forgave him and received him! No it was not fair. Seeing people receive love in which are undeserving of love is crazy because some of us live better lives than others. The prodigals brother is like the person who serves in the church keeps Gods word and lives right has everything God has to offer! Yet the prodigal is like the one who does destructive life and then wants to come back and say okay now that ive done my dirt can you forgive me! It doesnt seem fair. Yet its how God loves us. No matter if we are doing the right thing or we choose to go out in the world and return back to him. He loves us! He is going to offer us his love! All of his love. The other son already had all of Gods love and so God would never love us any different he will love us the same so the prodigal got everything back. No its not fair but its true forgiveness, true love, true reconciliation!

Forgiveness to Relationship!

Relationship : an emotional connection between people

Its one thing to forgive its another to reconcile and rebuild a relationship!. Tons of people forgive and then they carry on with their life. Yet sometimes you want to reconcile so that you can be back in a place you once were. Hosea Forgave his wife then he took her back. He loved her not with just word but with actions! The prodigals father took back the son not just with words but with actions the reconciled they had a relationship again!
