Are you ready to RECONCILE?
Amos 3:3
Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Reconciling takes two parties who are willing to agree that they want to work things out and walk together!!! Are you ready? Are you prepared? Do you agree? Its a question?Have you forgiven? Have you healed? Are you ready to love? Are you ready to walk together? Be honest if your not ready!!! Dont waist someones time if your not ready! Time and time again i have wanted to reconcile but have not forgiven, not healed, or not been ready and end up back in the same spot. Because agreement quickly turns into disagreement! So ask yourself (personally) are YOU ready ? to reconcile?
Anticipating His Return!!!
anticipation :
the action of anticipating something; expectation or prediction.
an·tic·i·pa·tion noun feeling of excitement about something that is going to happen
Luke 15:20
And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
I guess you can say the father was anticipating the sons return because he saw him from the distance. He was ready for him. Ready to embrace him. If God told you I see your marriage being reconciled, I see your family reconciling, i see your friendship reconciling are you ready for it? The father SAW his son he saw reconciliation coming. He was anticipating it. He was happy and overwhelmed and prepared!!! Its like being ready in anticipation for Christ return oneday. So that we can be reconciled back to God. Its exciting to know whats going to happen before hand so your more capable to be prepared!!!!And being excited for whats about to happen like aww man i saw this coming!!!
Spending Time Together!!!
Ecclesiastes 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
How can you reconcile without spending time together? Without timing the time to rebuild what was and still is broken? There is a time for this and you must MAKE THE TIME! If you can't make the time then you are not ready to reconcile! It is not something that comes overnight. It is not something that is always easy.It requires time spent and hopefully this will be the last time there will ever be a fall out between you and the other party like this!!!
No More Division!!
Ezekiel 37:22
And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.
Its good when God is in the midst of reconciliation because when God is in the middle of it there is a bound that can not be broken. See here are two nations that divided. Yet God was in the midst and he wanted to make sure they no longer were divided any longer but became one nation! They would no longer be two. Yet be walking in agreement. Walking in oneness. Walking in accord! The best part is it says anymore at all would they be divided! That is a great promise and assurance that there would no longer be anymore separation meaning you can continue walking down the same path in unity! Agreeing Can two walking together accept be agreed? Are you ready to reconcile and be no longer divided?
