Breaking up

Break Up

Break
a. To divide into pieces, as by bending or cutting:
b. To separate into components or parts:
c. To snap off or detach:
d. To fracture a bone

Genesis 2:21-23

21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.

23 And Adam said:

“This is now bone of my bones
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called Woman,
Because she was taken out of Man.”

Have you ever been through a bad break up so bad that you knew something was missing. After life was just hard to function after because you could just feel something was missing something was not right. Or Even the same .What was once there was no longer there. Adam knew once God had taken Eve out of him the bible said God brought her to adam and Adam said" This is my bone of my bone". He knew that their had been sometype of separation within himself. Flesh of his Flesh. When something is separated or broken off of something that means the piece was detach from the original piece. Adam was the original piece and eve came from him! His bone was broken to create her bone to create her flesh. He called her woman because she had been taken out of him. This break up in Adams life shook him up bad because he knew something was missing and her name became Mrs. Adam!!Because like it or not Adam could not live without his bone! lol

We fit perfectly together!!

Genesis 2:24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

join

link; connect.

synonyms: fasten, attach, tie, bind, couple, connect, unite, link, yoke, weld, fuse, glue

When things break that are suppose to be together you usually join them back together. Or else it will remain broken! Have you ever tried to do a puzzle and attach pieces to the puzzle that don't fit together. They wont fit together because the piece is not suppose to go there. But the perfect piece that fits the original piece you are working off fits in perfectly. With no force. It is meant to be. Meant to be joined together! And those pieces become one!!

They had a great fall!!

Genesis 3:22-25 Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— 23 therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken. 24 So He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.

Did you ever notice that even after the fall Adam and Eve didn't break! They didn't separate Adam never left his wife. Yes sin entered into the world but when Adam left the garden Eve left to! They stayed together through hard times! Love is about making things work even through hard times! Because even after the fall Adam didn't go and find another woman he made things grow with the woman he had. He knew his wife. And to know someone is have developed a relationship with (someone) through meeting and spending time with them; be familiar or friendly with. He was still friendly with his with. He still built a relationship with her! It was Love!

What if Adam remained Boneless?

boneless - being without a bone or bones

Genesis 2:21-23

21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.

23 And Adam said:

“This is now bone of my bones
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called Woman,
Because she was taken out of Man.”

So what if Adam remained boneless. What if he never acknowledged Eve as bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh. What if he would have rather remained separated not caring much about the piece he was missing? Then there would have been no great fall, there would be no man knowing his wife. They would have not bore children out of the love of knowing each other. To have something missing out of your life can be very hard. To remain boneless wouldn't have been good for Adam! Adam really needed his bone!

Genesis2:18 And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”

Adams bone was a great help to him! He couldnt remain boneless!
