Once Upon a Time!

Job 42:15

And in all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren.

We all should know about fairytales there is always a fair maiden or damsel. Here Jobs life had just begun so it was like the start of a new story. His daughters were fair. No one in the land compared to them. That's how the story usually goes there is always a woman who stands out among the rest you just can't put your finger on it but there is just something different about her that sets her apart from all the others!

^{Ruth 2:4-5} 

And, behold, Boaz came from Bethlehem, and said unto the reapers, The Lord be with you. And they answered him, TheLord bless thee.

⁵ Then said Boaz unto his servant that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this?

There is always a man who see's her beauty and wants to get to know her because he see's how set apart she is from everyone else. She is different, beautiful, kind inside, giving, caring, loving, not just about money, or material things, yet the simple things in life that really matter. It takes more than just showing her your material things, and what you have to whoo her. Like Bell in Beauty and the Beast as Gaston tries to get her but she's not attracted to what the rest of the world wants and has to offer. She wants something more something real!

Meeting Prince Charming

Ruth 2:8

⁸ Then said Boaz unto Ruth, Hearest thou not, my daughter? Go not to glean in another field, neither go from hence, but abide here fast by my maidens:

Then the day comes when the princess meets the prince. That day there is a connection there. It's a day that will change their lives for ever! Like when you first meet Jesus you are never the same ever again! Boaz approached Ruth knowing that she was different she stood out from the rest of the other's in the land. In a field full of gleaners it was like a ray of light shinning over here! She was unique!

Esther 2:17

 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.

In the book of Esther the king was looking for a queen. Yet over all the other virgins Esther obtained favor over all the other woman. What was it about Esther that set her apart from the other woman? The king found so much favor in her that he even kicked his Queen out and put a royal crown on  Esther head. 

Favor : 

An attitude of approval or liking.

The Girl Who Almost Got Away!

^{Genesis 29:25} And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done unto me? did not I serve with thee for Rachel? wherefore then hast thou beguiled me?

There's nothing like finding that someone you just know is that someone. Look at all the other fairytales Cinderella ran out on the prince yet she left behind a glass slipper. Also left behind a impression on his heart that made him want to go after her! It didn't matter if his parents found someone to marry for him if it wasn't her it wouldn't be the same. Look  at Jacob he loved  Rachel and no one else would do. No one else would compare! What if Jacob would have given up the impression she left on his heart would remain void without his true love! 

^{Ruth 3:18} Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall: for the man will not be in rest, until he have finished the thing this day.
When Ruth met Boaz on the threshingfloor Boaz was not going to rest until he found a way to redeem her! There was another Kinsman Redeemer before him but he would not stop until he had her heart! Like Christ as he tries to win our hearts through salvation and be our redeemer.


Salvation is Like True Love's Kiss!

Song of Solomon 1:2

 Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.

Salvation breaks the Curse that happened when Adam and Eve sinned in the garden!
Yet you can't be saved by prince charming(Christ) if you don't except his salvation his kiss. Christ can never force you to want him or his heaven that he has prepared for you. You have to want to be saved want to be redeemed!

^{Genesis 24:58} 

And they called Rebekah, and said unto her, Wilt thou go with this man? And she said, I will go.

 Rebekah choose to go dwell in the promise land with her redeemer Issac. It was a choice! She wasn't forced she willing offered herself to him! Just as we are to do with Christ! Just as Christ did on the cross for our sins willing offered himself for us!

Ephesians 5:25

 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Come Stay With Me And Live Happily Ever After

^{Ruth 4:13} So Boaz took Ruth and she became his wife; and when he went in to her, the Lord gave her conception, and she bore a son. 

Boaz did just that he came back for Ruth so he could redeem her! So that they could dwell together. No longer just a woman gleaning in a field but now she was dwelling in her own kingdom. Just like oneday when Christ comes back for his Church we will be able to dwell in a place called heaven that he has prepared for us. And we will live for eternity...
